4. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Some hotels or airlines may charge additional fees such as resort fees, city taxes, or baggage fees, which must be paid directly by the traveler.
By completing a booking, you authorize Trippat to process payment on your behalf and confirm services with suppliers.
5. Payments
Trippat accepts the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Mada)
Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Bank Transfer (upon request and approval)
Tabby Payments
Use of Tabby is subject to Tabby’s terms and approval process. Trippat has no control over acceptance or rejection by Tabby. Refunds for Tabby transactions will be processed directly through Tabby.
Bank Transfers
For bank transfers, bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received and verified. Proof of payment must be shared with Trippat within the specified timeframe.
6. Amendments & Cancellations
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted through Trippat’s customer support.
Each service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator) has its own cancellation policy which applies in addition to Trippat’s general terms.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–14 business days after approval and will follow the original payment method.
Non-refundable bookings or “special deals” cannot be canceled or changed.
7. Travel Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any other documents required for travel.
Trippat does not take responsibility for visa rejections, flight denials, or any related travel disruptions.
Travelers must verify all health, vaccination, and insurance requirements before departure.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use the website for illegal or fraudulent bookings.
Interfere with the site’s functionality or attempt unauthorized access.
Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Make speculative or duplicate bookings.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Trippat acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or errors.
Trippat shall not be liable for any loss, delay, injury, or damage arising from force majeure, overbooking, natural disasters, or acts of government.
The maximum liability of Trippat shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the booking in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Trippat.com, including logos, text, images, and designs, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising from the use of Trippat.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
